Additionally, they offer a complimentary financial consultation with their plan investor to evaluate your entire financial strategy.
Who is eligible to participate in Vanguard's retirement plans?
To be eligible for Vanguard's retirement plans, you must be a full-time W2 clinician who has completed three months of full-time work with DirectShifts.
What is the difference between Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) contributions?
Traditional 401(k) contributions are made with pre-tax dollars, meaning you don’t have to pay taxes on the money you contribute until you withdraw it in retirement. On the other hand, Roth 401(k) contributions are made with post-tax dollars, requiring you to pay taxes on the money you contribute upfront. However, you won't have to pay taxes on your withdrawals in retirement.
